If cancelled 45 days prior to event a full refund is available. 30% non refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to the event.

Rental periods are for one calendar day at a time. This means that you can pick up or expect your items to be delivered the morning of your event. Items need to be returned or picked up the morning after your event.
Sundays are a day of worship and family time, no delivery, pick up or drop offs will be done on this day. If your event is on a Saturday pick up will need to be arranged for right after the event or Monday. If your event is on a Sunday items will need to be delivered or picked up Saturday evening.

We provide a delivery service. Your order's delivery fee will be calculated based on the distance from your venue to our warehouse.
Something Borrowed KC is not responsible for weather caused changes to your event. No refunds will be provided for changes due to inclement weather.

Customer will take all necessary precautions regarding the items rented, and protect all persons and property from injury or damage.
